Confidentiality Policy

We are your colleagues, not your competitors. We have experience in academia, publishing, and industry, so we know how much our clients value confidentiality. We know that you need to keep ahead of your competitors and protect your intellectual property, so that your publication has maximum impact. Therefore,

  1. We do not disclose your identity as a client and we do not share your contact information. We don’t sell your email address, or any of your other information. As much as we would like to brag about the great publications by our clients, we keep our client lists confidential. However, if you’re happy with the editing work we did, feel free to recommend us to your colleagues, send us a testimonial, and (best of all), continue to send us papers to edit.
  2. We do not disclose your work. All our editors have signed a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement agreeing to keep your work confidential. If you would like a special confidentiality agreement, we’re happy to work with you.
